Our Costa Rica come from the very famous region of Tarrazu in Costa Rica. This area is known for its particularly high altitude, which is perfect for growing specialty coffee.

Most Costa Rican coffees are known for having a nutty characteristic. We take advantage of this by roasting the beans slightly lighter than other Central American beans. The end result is a great cup that has a clean finish, and no bitter aftertaste.
