3 Dairy Free Coffee Creamer Recipes

Whether you’re lactose intolerant, have an allergy, or you’re vegan, there are plenty of reasons to remove dairy from your diet. But one habit that can be hard to break is stopping that splash of milk or creamer in your morning coffee. Here are some great dairy free coffee creamer recipes.

The directions for all three recipes are the same, so we’ve broken down the ingredients into separate sections. The main directions are below.

Ingredients

Vanilla Cinnamon

1 (5.4 ounce) can organic coconut cream
2 tbsp real maple syrup
2 tbsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt

Pumpkin Spice

1 (5.4 ounce) can organic coconut cream
2/3 cup organic pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
2 tbsp real maple syrup
2 tbsp pure vanilla extract
1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp salt

Hazelnut

1 (5.4 ounce) can organic coconut cream
2 tbsp real maple syrup
2 tbsp pure vanilla extract
3 tbsp raw hazelnuts
1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender (such as a Vita Mix blender) and whirl on high for one minute or until ingredients are completely combined.

Serve immediately. Store unused portion in a covered container in the refrigerator.
