US Shipping Info
We offer FREE shipping on all orders of $30 or more (available to all US addresses including Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, US Territories and Military Addresses). Everything is shipped out of our San Francisco location.
If your order falls below $30, shipping is $6 flat rate.
We typically roast and ship Monday thru Friday as long as your order is submitted before 8am PST. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be roasted and shipped on Monday.
Canada Shipping Info
We offer a flat $10 USD shipping fee anywhere to Canada, no minimums required. All Canadian shipments are shipped via FedEx Ground.
We use three main carriers for all online orders: USPS, FedEx, and UPS. The carrier used depends on three main factors: order size, destination zone, and cost.
Order size is the total amount of coffee that is ordered (i.e. 5 bags of coffee).
Destination zone is how all carriers assign shipment distance, and ultimately cost. Shipping zones are assigned a number from 1 to 8, where 1 is the shortest distance from our store and 8 is furthest.
To get a better understanding of zones, and shipping carrier, please refer to our charts below. As an example, an order of 4lbs of coffee being shipped to Billings, Montana is in zone 5 and would be shipped via FedEx.
Order Size & Shipping Carriers

Estimated Delivery Time
You can expect most orders to arrive within 3 days if shipped via USPS Priority or FedEx 2-Day. While we cannot guarantee delivery times, we do make it a priority to get your order out as soon as we can, assuming the order has been placed before 8am PST.
