Conquistador has a bold flavor profile that does not include bitterness, which kind of matches my personality as well as my taste preferences. I like a little unsweetened almond-cashew milk in it, but it’s not needed when I’m in the mood for drinking it straight. …Conquistador would be a good choice. I like to make strong coffee and then tone it down with creamer and sweetener. Conquistador can be made quite strong without it getting bitter so it’s good for those times that I want black coffee. If I do choose to play “chemistry set” with it the coffee flavor still comes through nicely. I don’t think that it’s the best choice for “Bulletproof Coffee” because the coffee flavor seems to get lost in the mix – the “Bella Finca” does better in that role.

This is a dark roast’s dark roast. The combination of beans used and depth of roast make for an awesome combo with real depth and flavor with no bitterness or acidity and having real body. Orders are roasted within days of day of receipt and prices for such small-batch, craft coffees are spot on fair and worth every cent. It’s amazing Armenian-style.

The Conquistador is your absolute best coffee in my opinion. It is so fresh and flavorful. Sometimes it is hard to have coffee brewed at home taste like “coffee shop” coffee. But the Conquistador turns out like your $5 cup of coffee purchased from a vendor. Please keep producing premium coffee at these good prices.
