The Best Healthy Coffee Creamer Recipe

The Best Healthy Coffee Creamer Recipe

A healthy coffee creamer is a better alternative to what you're pouring into your drink. If you love the taste of creamer, you may want to rethink what you're using. Most store-bought creamers are high in sugar, have a ton of fat, and other chemicals.

This recipe below is the perfect way to enjoy the taste of creamer without worrying too much about what's in it. Let's go!

2 oz Henry's Blend Coffee Grounds

Instructions

Condensed Milk Instructions

Add the milk, coffee, and raisins into a heavy saucepan.

Warm it up on low heat, and stir occasionally (8 - 10 minutes). The low heat allows the sugars in the raisins to dissolve as well as the coffee to extract.

Simmer the milk mixture on medium-to-low heat for roughly 30 minutes or until the milk has darkened to an almost grey color, reduced by half, and thickened. If you notice foam building on top, scoop it out with spoon.

When ready, remove from the heat and allow it to cool completely.

Strain the condensed milk to remove any raisin bits and coffee grounds.

Healthy Coffee Creamer Instructions

Combine the condensed milk, organic milk, and pure maple syrup, into a saucepan.

Over medium heat, cook for 8 minutes or until the mixture starts to thicken and begins to bubble.

Remove from heat and add the vanilla extract. Stir for roughly 2 minutes.

Let it cool down and store in the refrigerator.

Pro Tip

If you want to add additional flavor you can add a couple of drops of hazelnut extract, peppermint extract, or any pure flavoring of your choice.
