These Costa Rican beans are perfect for those that want something different. The darker-roasted beans transform this coffee into a bolder and chocolaty cup with a hint of brandy. Great for drinking black.

Do not confuse Yemen Mocha with a traditional chocolate drink. These beans are dry processed, which means they are dried with the fruit still attached to the beans. This gives them a highly acidic note. We roast these a bit darker to tame the acidity and bring out the malty/chocolaty flavor profile.
