Café d'origine unique du Brésil, Haut Cerrado, Minas Gerais. La région du Cerrado réunit toutes les conditions pour produire du café. Pendant la saison sèche, l’humidité est faible, les températures sont plus légères et la qualité du café est accentuée. Des saisons, des sols et une topographie définis, combinés à une gestion des cultures expérimentée, fournissent tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour produire le meilleur café.

Histoire du producteur

La tradition de production de café appartient à la famille Barbosa depuis le XXe siècle. Les ancêtres de M. Barbosa, son arrière-grand-parent Elias Barbosa, l'ont transmis à son grand-parent Claudio Barbosa de Paula et de lui à son père, Jairo Barbosa de Paula et maintenant M. Barbosa travaille avec sa génération, ses fils Vítor Marcelo et Sergio Ricardo.
