Understanding where our coffees come from is an important and fundamental concept at HoC. This coffee foundation will help you feel more confident when having discussions with customers on what to recommend. As a general rule, think of coffees from the same continent having similar flavors. Once you’ve memorized this relationship, you’ll be able to make better recommendations.
